- Update dependent coverage
- Change your Part D prescription drug plan (Post-65)

Billing & Payments
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
Set up automatic premium payments from your bank account. This is the most convenient way to ensure your premiums are paid on time.
Benefits of EFT:
- Never miss a payment
- No checks to write or mail
- Automatic on the 1st of each month
- Easy to set up or cancel
Payment by Check
If you prefer to pay by check, mail your payment to arrive by the 1st of each month.
Payment Details:
- Make checks payable to: DSRA VEBA Trust
- Include your member ID on the check
- Mail to the address on your billing statement
- Allow 7-10 days for mail delivery
Health Coverage Tax Credit (HCTC)
The HCTC is a federal tax credit that may help eligible individuals pay for qualified health insurance coverage. You may qualify if you receive a pension from the PBGC or meet certain trade adjustment assistance criteria.
